Pastor Thomas Patton

Pastor Thomas Patton

Brother Thomas gave his heart to Christ in 2001, but it wasn't until 2006 that real change become clear in his life. He is dedicated to sharing the gospel, and is passionate about leading people through biblical teaching and preaching. He believes that the way we live, what we say and do, matters more than what we tell people we believe! He also holds a strong belief in Christian fellowship and accountability.

Brother Thomas spent many years serving the church and multiple local retreat ministries. He has 10 years of bi-vocational ministry experience, mostly serving the church in associate roles where his primary focus has been on church administration and education. In addition to his pastoral experience, Brother Thomas founded White Horse Ministries, which provides for the spiritual and physical needs of families involved in the western lifestyle. Through evangelism, prayer and financial support, they show the love of Christ to people who are not normally tied to the local church in an effort to draw them into a relationship with the Lord.

Brother Thomas has been married to Charlie since 2008. They have two sons, Turner and Ryder. Thomas and Charlie both grew up in West Carroll Parish and now live in Choudrant. His family keeps a busy schedule with their kids’ involvement in school sports and the livestock industry where the boys show pigs and goats in 4-H/FFA. Thomas holds the church as a high priority next to his personal relationship with God, his wife, and his family.

Brother Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from ULM in 2005 and, since 2007, has been a co-owner in their family retail business, Patton’s Western Wear, with locations in Ruston and Lake Charles. He and his brothers use their place of business for ministry and outreach daily as they serve people across the state. He believes that we should always be on task to live for Christ and love people like Jesus, even in the workplace!

Donna Roberson

Donna Roberson

Fellowship Baptist Church has been special to me all of my life. It was here that I came to know the Lord in 1975 at the age of 11. I have taught in Sunday school, Bible school and am currently the Music Director. Though I don’t have any formal education in music, I love to sing and thoroughly enjoy working with our wonderful adult choir and children’s choir.

Kevin & Angela Manning

Kevin & Angela Manning

Kevin & Angela Manning were called to the youth ministry in 2011. Their love for young people and their passion to share the love of Jesus became a reality in October 2011 when they were asked to serve at Fellowship in the youth ministry.

Kevin & Angela were married on July 19, 1991. Angela is a lifetime member here at Fellowship and asked Jesus into her heart as a youth. In 1997 Kevin walked the isle and opened his heart and began his relationship and walk with the Lord. Even though we have no children of our own, we have a passion to help and mentor anyone that’s put in their path especially youth.

It is such a blessing to watch young people grow in their relationship with the Lord. Serving on mission teams, working in Bible School, attending youth rallies, teaching Sunday school and going on fun trips are just a few highlights of our ministry. Our mission is to teach youth to be Gods hands and feet, to show them how to serve others. It blesses our heart when we can make a friend, be a friend, but most importantly lead that friend to Christ.

Tiffany Brazzel

Tiffany Brazzel

Tiffany was saved at the age of 13, although she felt God’s hand on her life as early as 8 years old. Ever since, God has continued to lead and equip her to serve Him through the gifts and opportunities that only He could provide.

Tiffany has been blessed to be married to her husband, Joey, since 2010. Together, they have raised six wonderful children.

Tiffany's journey in children’s ministry began in 2016, when she started serving in the church nursery. Since that time, God has continued to grow her heart for teaching and ministering to children.

Tiffany says, "For much of my life, I never really felt like I was good at anything — always just mediocre at whatever I tried. Over time, though, the Lord revealed to me that working with children was not only my passion but also the place where He has truly gifted me. I believe wholeheartedly that guiding children toward Christ is what I was created to do."
